How many connectors should I use to connect light sheets?

It is highly recommended to use 2 connectors between adjacent light sheets – and when making any connection to a power supply or lighting control product. Failure to do so will reduce max run length and damage the product.

How many connectors do I get with each light sheet? Do I need to purchase extra for my project?

Each light sheet ships with (2) 8” pigtail, (2) 2.75” jumper XH connectors.

Why aren’t my light sheets working when they seem to be connected properly?

The most common reason for this is a polarity issue between the two sides of the connectors. Oftentimes, an individual sheet will be installed with incorrect +/- alignment – and while the connectors are firmly inserted, the positive and negative will be crossed in this instance.
