Do you ever have sales?
No. Sales and gimmicks aren’t a part of our business model. We simply offer our best prices every day.
Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
We currently charge sales tax for customers located in states where we are required by law to collect and remit sales tax. If you are in one of these states and have a sales tax exemption, please contact us to have your certificate added to your account.
Do you offer discounts to the trade?
Our web pricing is our wholesale pricing. The majority of our customers are electrical contractors and lighting showrooms who expect the best value for their dollar. That’s why we put our best foot forward and make our web pricing available to everyone.

Do you offer Net 30 terms?
Yes, we do offer Net 30 terms to qualified customers. Please contact a sales representative for more information on establishing a terms account.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We have thousands of customers around the world.
How do I know whether a certain product is in-stock?
We display the stock status for all of our products on every product page (just above the add to cart button) and again in your shopping cart.
Do you have a sample program?
We do have a sample program for architects and distributors. In order to participate in our sample program, you must have an active account open with aspectLED. Please contact a sales representative for more information on establishing an account.
Can I find your products at local distributors?
We have many distributors around the world. For help locating a distributor, please contact us.
Some of the items in my order are stock items, and some are special order. When will my order ship?
We will hold the shipment on all products until the special order items are finished, then ship everything together. If you'd like to get the in stock fixtures faster, please contact us - we would be happy to split the shipment for an additional shipping charge.
