Customer Service/Receptionist

aspectLED is a fast-growing manufacturer of LED lights based in White Bear Township, Minnesota (right along I-35E). Our lights are used by companies like Disney, Apple, Starbucks, Victoria's Secret, Marriott, and countless electricians and homeowners across the country.

We're looking for a customer service representative/receptionist to join our fast growing team!

The Role:

You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via e-mail and live chat, answering customer calls, and greeting visitors and walk-in customers. In addition, you'll help with ordering office supplies, assisting with sales inquiries, planning and coordinating events, helping with customer research, and assisting with human resources and other office tasks.

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat and email
  • Greet customers and guests that visit our showroom/offices
  • Help customers to navigate our web site and place orders online
  • Assist customers with shipping inquiries, product returns, and order status questions
  • Assist with customer requests for information and pricing from our e-commerce website
  • Assist at customer focused company events (trade shows, seminars, training, association events)
  • Help with general office keeping tasks (greeting customers, administrative tasks, event planning, human resources functions, etc.)
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Quickly learn about the key features and specifications of our LED lighting products and be able to clearly communicate this information to customers


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Critical thinking ability with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident decision making skills
  • A friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to build relationships with customers over the phone and in person
