Where do we ship orders from?

Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We currently charge sales tax for customers located in states where we are required by law to collect and remit sales tax. If you are in one of these states and have a sales tax exemption, please contact us to have your certificate added to your account.


Do you offer discounts to the trade?

Our web pricing is our wholesale pricing. The majority of our customers are electrical contractors and lighting showrooms who expect the best value for their dollar. That’s why we put our best foot forward and make our web pricing available to everyone.
We do offer volume-based discounts for electricians, trade professionals and businesses. If you would like a quote, please contact a Sales representative for more information.


Do you offer Net 30 terms?

Yes, we do offer Net 30 terms to qualified customers. Please contact a Sales representative for more information on establishing a terms account.


Do you work with purchase orders?

Yes, we do work with purchase orders for qualified customers. Please contact a Sales representative for more information on establishing a terms account.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We can ship to you wherever you are.


How do I know whether a certain product is in-stock?

We display the stock status for all of our products on every product page (just below the product name and SKU on the right side of your screen) and again in your shopping cart.


Do you have samples?

We do have offer samples for professionals and distributors. In order to request or receive a sample, you must have an active account open with aspectLED. Please contact a Sales representative for more information on establishing an account and getting a sample.


Some of the items in my order are stock items, and some are special order. When will my order ship?

We will hold the shipment on all products until the special order items are finished, then ship everything together. If you'd like to get the in stock fixtures faster, please contact us - we would be happy to split the shipment for an additional shipping charge.
