What is a smart home LED control system?

How do I install a smart dimmer switch?

Are these products compatible with Alexa, Google, and Apple HomeKit?

Casambi is not compatible with Alexa, Google, and Apple HomeKit.


The Lutron Caseta is compatible with smart home technology, including: Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant, Serna shades, and Sonos.

Do I need a hub or bridge to use these products?

To take advantage of Lutron Caseta’s smart home features, you will need to pair it with the Lutron Caseta Wireless Smart Bridge.


Casambi controllers do not require a hub or bridge.

How do I customize lighting scenes?

What is the range of the Bluetooth controllers?

The Range can vary depending on obstacles and surrounding material, but standard Casambi Controllers have a range of around 50ft-150ft. For long-range Casambi, such as our Long Range Casambi TED, the range is 200 ft indoors, and up to 650ft with clear line of sight. One thing to keep in mind is that to take advantage of the long range capabilities, all controllers in your system must be long range controllers. If any of the controllers in your system are not long range, you will be limited to the smaller range of the standard controller(s).
