When last-minute design changes arise, Lo-Glow™ light sheets are ready to adapt, allowing for customization to nearly any shape right on site. Available in four color temperatures (2700K, 3000K, 4000K, and 6000K), they meet the diverse needs of any project. Each light sheet comes with (2) 8" pigtail connectors, (2) 2.75" jumper connectors, and (10) plastic spacers for easy installation. Flexible enough to bend around curves and corners, and with 160° Mesh Diffusion for uniform light distribution, Lo-Glow™ delivers the ultimate low-profile lighting solution.

Best applications for Lo-Glow™ Light Sheets

  • Backlighting for signage and/or large format graphics
  • Backlighting for kitchen backsplashes and translucent stone countertops
  • Backlighting for accent walls, facades, and other architectural features
  • Commercial/Retail Lighting
  • Showroom/Tradeshow Displays
  • Public Art
  • Hospitality/Commercial Lobbies

Standout features

  • 160 Degree Mesh Diffusion – prismatic diffusers deliver seamlessly uniform light diffusion from a low-profile plane.
  • Shallow Diffusion Depth - eliminate hot spots without adding extra space for diffusion. Less than 0.5” is required for complete diffusion.
  • CRI 90+ for spot-on color accuracy of any backlit material or illuminated spaces.
  • Maximum Customization - Cuttable to nearly any shape, down to a single diode (≈1.88in x 1.88in squares). Dual direction cut lines allow for last-minute adjustments, design changes, and customization on-site.
  • Maximum Flexibility – easily arch around contours and curved surfaces or bend over corners.
  • Deliver More with Less - Wire/link up to 10 sheets in series. Reducing installation time and costs with fewer runs.
  • Low Power Consumption - only 20W per sheet.

How many connectors should I use to link light sheets?

To ensure optimal performance and prevent damage, it’s recommended to use two connectors between each set of light sheets.

How many connectors come with each light sheet, and do I need extra for my project?

Each light sheet includes (2) 8-inch pigtail connectors and (2) 2.75-inch jumper XH connectors. If you're arranging the sheets end-to-end, these should suffice for all connections. However, if you're setting them up in a grid pattern, you may need to purchase additional connectors to cover the extra sheet-to-sheet connections for maximum performance.

How do I connect my light sheets to the power supply?

The simplest method is using the Plug-and-Play connectors provided with your light sheets. The "pigtail" connectors (with bare wires on one side) can be used to connect the light sheets to the power supply. Refer to the installation instructions for more details.

What can I use to elevate the countertop above the light sheets?

Each Lo-Glow™ light sheet includes (10) plastic spacers, which can be positioned in any of the marked locations on the sheet. Each spacer can support up to 44 lbs. If needed, additional spacers can be purchased separately.

What controllers or dimmer switches should I use for the Lo-Glow light sheets?

For optimal performance, we recommend using a PWM-style dimmer with app-based controls, such as the Casambi Bluetooth 4 Channel PWM Controller with a non- dimmable power supply. You can also wire the sheets directly to a dimmable power supply that is connected to an in-line dimmer switch or a non-dimmable power supply that is connected to an on/off only switch. For larger installations, multiple switches may be needed to control all the light sheets. Contact our experts for questions regarding the correct size power supply and compatible dimmers/controllers.
