Tax Exemption
Important: Before submitting an exemption, please make sure you have an aspectLED account. An account is necessary to process your exemption application.
Please upload your tax exemption form and provide the requested information.
The following information is REQUIRED to be on your exemption:
• Business name and address (Your company)
• Tax ID number
• Seller name and address (aspectLED)
• Type of business (Your company)
• Reason for exemption
• A valid signature and date (please ensure the date is within the current year)
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to set up your tax-exempt status. If your submission is made over a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the following business day.
Once reviewed, you will receive an email confirming that your tax-exempt status has been applied. If any corrections or additional information are needed, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to update your submission.
