Refund policy

• Return any stock item within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund.
• aspectLED reserves the right to charge up to a 30% restocking fee on large quantity returns (50 pieces).
• aspectLED reserves the right to deny refund/credit for items in poor, unsellable condition as a result of customer handling.
• No returns or exchanges for any final sale items.
• No returns available for special order items.
• No returns available for custom OEM products.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If aspectLED is at fault, aspectLED will arrange free return shipping.
• Returns of Kit Components: Please note that we do not accept returns of individual components from kits. Only complete kits may be returned. Partial returns of kit contents will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to deny a refund or charge a restocking fee at our discretion.

• Email us at support@aspectled.com or call 844-790-2754 ext. 2 for an RMA number.
• Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship to our facility in White Bear Township, MN.
