Silicone adhesive is aspectLED's recommended option for securing our IP68 submersible waterproof strip lights, or for sealing silicone end caps. Permatex Clear Silcone Adhesive Sealant adheres to a wide variety of surfaces and will provide a secure bond and is UV stable to avoid cracking.
Note: Silcone adhesive is an alternative to silicone mounting straps. Mounting straps or adhesive are only necessary for waterproof strip lights - non-waterproof and water resistant strip lights have their own adhesive backing.
