Does this controller need to be connected to Wi-Fi?
No. The Firefly Aura Bond RGBCCT Controller can be controlled via either Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, allowing you to operate your lights even when a Wi-Fi connection is not available. Simply use the Bond Home app to control your lights via Bluetooth.
Does the Firefly Aura work with both 12VDC and 24VDC lighting?
Yes, it is compatible with both 12VDC and 24VDC lighting systems.
What is the Firefly Aura compatible with?
It is compatible with RGB, RGBW, and RGBCCT lights. This product is not compatible with Single Color, Dim to Warm, or CCT lights.
Where can the controller be used?
The Firefly Aura has an IP20 rating, making it suitable for dry locations only.For outdoor applications, it can be installed inside a waterproof enclosure to protect the controller from moisture. Once properly enclosed, it can be used for a variety of outdoor lighting applications, including pergolas, landscape lighting, patio lighting, and more. See the Applications tab for additional ideas.
