Troubleshooting/FAQ

How do I stop a running mode on a single color LED light caused by interference?

  • When pairing a single color LED light to a single color remote, it might be interfered with by nearby RGBW senders.
  • This interference might force the single color light into a running mode.
  • To fix this, pair this RGBCCT remote to the receiver.
How to pair the remote with RF receiver (Method 2)
  • Touch the color wheel to stop the running mode.
  • Delete the pairing and pair the receiver to the single color remote again.
  • The light can then be controlled normally by the single color remote.
