This 5-channel RF receiver is designed for indoor use only (IP20 rating) and must not be exposed to moisture. Ensure the ambient temperature of the installation location is between -4°F and 122°F (-20°C to +50°C).
1. Prepare the Wires: Strip the ends of the input and output wires.
2. Connect the Power Supply: Locate the terminal block labeled DC power input. Connect the positive lead from the DC power supply to the V+ terminal. Connect the negative lead to the V- terminal. Ensure the power supply matches the voltage required for the Prism RGBCCT Strip Lights. DO NOT install with power applied to the device.
3. Wire the LED Load (Single Receiver): Locate the side marked for LED outputs.
- Connect the common positive (+) wire from the Prism RGBCCT Strip Light to the (+) terminal.
- Connect the Red wire to the CH 1: R output (-) terminal.
- Connect the Green wire to the CH 2: G output (-) terminal.
- Connect the Blue wire to the CH 3: B output (-) terminal.
- Connect the Warm White wire to the CH 4: W/WW output (-) terminal.
- Connect the Cool White wire to the CH 5: W/CW output (-) terminal.
- Ensure the RF receiver is wired correctly and powered on.
- Refer to the specific instructions for the RF remote or touch panel controller you are pairing with.
- Use the Learning Key button on the receiver to pair the device according to the remote's instructions.
- To delete a pairing: Press and hold the Learning Key on the receiver for over 3 seconds until the connected light flashes, indicating the pairing is deleted.
- Wire the primary receiver to its own dedicated power supply and LED load.
- Connect the Repeater signal output from the primary receiver to the Repeater signal input of the next receiver.
- Wire the secondary receiver to its own separate dedicated power supply and LED load. This isolates the power draw while maintaining synchronized signal control.

Lights are not turning on.
Verify that the power supply is outputting the correct DC voltage for the LED strips and that all polarity connections are correct.
Color mismatch or incorrect channel control.
Double-check that each wire from the Prism RGBCCT strip (R, G, B, WW, CW) is connected to its corresponding terminal on the receiver.
Remote not controlling the receiver.
Ensure the remote is properly paired by using the Learning Key process.
